It seems that after the recent patch was released, everyone stopped answering their phones. On several occasions, the same thing has happened when calling Mechanic(s) for a vehicle delivery. You will notice that the line rings a couple of times, but hardly anyone answers. Recently many players including myself has been experiencing difficulties while calling 'Mors Mutual Insurance' for their destroyed vehicles.
